That 24 k choice is an absolute blessing where I'm at since 96 burps up a neverending "buffering" message at home (dsl I have but...argh!).

And at work the 96 k putzes out for a short gap every 2nd or 3rd song so I've also resorted to the lower bandwidth there as well.
