You can tell anyone that's interested. I have it set up so that you don't have to be an LJ member to post, but it will have to go through me (I don't want a bunch of spam). Also I have it set up to approve new members, but anyone in OPA will be accepted.
I thought this would be a great way for chapters to keep in touch, and exchange ideas!
