*laughs like crazy* Absolutely true about wanting to clean yourself after watching the film - I felt so icky after watching Closer. It was very, very pointless too, and I kind of feel like I wasted money on seeing it, lol.
No matter how bad the movie was though, your icons are gorgeous. My favorites are 2 and 4, I think, but they're all wonderful. Great job! :)
I use Adobe Photoshop 7. For making pictures clear, honestly, the filter>sharpen tool is my absolute best friend. To make colours more vibrant, I suggest using image>adjustments>brightness/contrast and hike up the contrast, or image>adjustments>hue/saturation and increase saturation.
I do have photoshop. But I can never get mine looking quite so pretty. Do you like start with a large image and do all the work and then resize it down, or resize it and then do all the work to it?
