I skipped a writing an entry for my 22nd birthday last year. I just…never got around to it. *blushes* Okay, I was lazy, I admit it, lol. But, I wanted to do one for this year (even if it’s just a little late, lol

Thank you so much! :) I'm really looking forward to it! The Lord has really turned the whole sitation with my health into a blessing, and I'm so thankful that He opened the door for me to go this year.
Happy birthday, hon! And I know exactly what you mean ... birthdays always feel so strange. Personally, I seem to have a hard time believing I'm another year older when I still feel no older than 18! *lol*
And congratulations on starting college! Good luck! :D
Lol, they do! I had to laugh though. When I was turning 18 a few years ago, one of the boys in my Sunday school told me, "You're turning 18? Wow, when we're your age, you're gonna be really old!" *shakes head and grins*
Thank you for the well wishes! How are you? I hope you're doing well!

Congrats and happy birthday. Ah, 23, it seems ages ago for me, but I remember all the promise and hope that I was feeling and that I felt was ahead of me. As I entered fully into my 20's, a lot of introspection and re-evaluation happened and brought me to where I am today. My best wish to you is make the most of your 20's, enjoy every year and every opportunity that comes your way. Never be afraid of any challenge and always take a risk here and there. It will be worth it. I know that we'll always be friends and be in contact so I look forward to hearing about your next adventures.

I've said it already several times, but thank you so much! :) I really am excited to find out what the Lord has in mind. He's been opening door after door, and I pray He'll continue to do so. No matter what, I plan to hold onto Him tight. :)
I know that we'll always be friends too, and I feel so blessed to say that! It's so wonderful to friends that walk with you...and whump Dean with you. ;) *stares at your icon* :D
Thank you so much! Don't worry at all about being a little late, it's been a busy week for me too. :)
And thank you so much for the kind words about college! I'm really looking forward to it. I almost died from pneumonia when I was 13, and it left me with lung damage. When I graduated from high school, my doctor told me that my immune system was barely functioning, and that I needed to stay home, and give it a chance to recover instead of going to college right away, like I'd originally planned. But, the Lord had another plan. :) And I know His is so much better than mine! It's hard to put into words how much everything just fallen into place over the summer. I feel very blessed. I'm just going to cling onto His hand and see where He takes me. :D
How are you? I hope you're doing well!
(I love your icon by the way, lol! It captures Alec's "Huh?" expression so well, lol.)

Focus on the things that are most important in your life right now. The rest will fall into place as and when they can.
Just don't forget all of us little people while you go off to make a name for yourself! *hugs tight*

I don't know about making a name for myself, lol, but whatever the Lord has in mind, I plan to hang on to His hand and see where He leads me!
