I've been looking for some time now for a shoe with a mid height heel that is simple, but elegant, and inexpensive. A very tall order when it comes to bridal shoes. At the end of a long e-mail conversation to a vendor one of my IT guys actually typed: "I will keep you abridged of the situation."

I really hope that the spell check changed a misspelled word and he didn't notice.* Otherwise, I can only assume that he plans on taking notes on what he is doing, but only sending some of them to the vendor.

The signs that fall is approaching:

-the kids start school in 12 days

-the sun is starting to set earlier

-the temperature is becoming bearable again

-I've joined two fantasy football leagues (one has drafted and the other drafts next week).

I love this time of year.

this is just one of those days that I wish I had stayed in bed, pulled the covers over my head and stayed that way.

although that would probably just mean that all the crap would have just been waiting for me when I finally got out of bed.

This day sucked!
