have you considered perhaps going to royal holloway and sticking it out for this year, then going for a transfer to leeds next year?

You are probably the only one who is surprised by this - my guts told me it had to be huge fuckup from the get-go. I thought we had to wait till December to find out, I’m happy to know - pity they chose to tell you just when it's the most frustrating.

Now. Go to RH and spend the year working out if you can change to somewhere better? It’s either that or.. what?

first off : Calm Down

Look carefully into all the options. see if you can ring someone at leeds and see if there's still places, try holloway for a year, if it doesn't work out, pull out. re-apply to leeds next year.

I didn't get itno LCF, But now, I have the higest possible grades on my course, so i'm going back next year and I *Will* get in.

have you phoned leeds to see if they have any places left? i know it's a long shot, but worth a try? :/
you could always transfer after a year, or even after a semester, if you can - i know it depends on the uni, whether they take people mid-year, but one of my friends did this last year.
