Band 5 von Strangers in Paradise liegt ungeöffnet geöffnet geöffnet und gestreichelt auf meinem Schreibtisch, und ich bin zu beschäftigt, um reinzulesen. Die kleinen Niederlagen des täglichen Lebens.
Also, I received a postcard from
amazon_syren today with no less than four stamps on it. Yay :D *would be totally ready to hug mailbox, if it weren't all kinds

I was wondering when it would turn up! :-D
And, yes. Four stamps. It could have been up to five (if I'd gone with 3 $0.51 and then a couple of penny-stamps to make up the difference), but I was seriously running out of space as it was. :-) (I have stamps at my house, and the yellow flower ones are enough to send stuff to the states - but I only use those when I write to my grandmother or my aunts, so that means maybe three letters a year. Which means the postal fees go up before I get a chance to use up all of my six stamps. So now I can use them to send stuff to you and Hyel as well. :-)
Question: Does this mean you collect stamps? Or something? Or was it just the sheer volume that got your attention?

Hugging my mailbox may be a problem, for it forms a.. I dunno... meta-mailbox? together with all the other mailboxes of the people living in this house, and mine is right in the middle. Anyway.
Heh. My wisdom teeth are acting up somewhat; turning them into jewellery may be a subtle kind of revenge :D

Re: Teeth: How many do you have? (I had three - one was impacted and had to be broken to get it out, but it was nothing even close to traumatic. No horror-stories from me --> I seem to recall you saying something about not wanting to hear all the grizzly fright-inducing stories about people's wisdom teeth. But I have no scary stories, so it's all good. :-)
I vote 'yes' to the jewellery. (You may need to, like, coat the teeth in something clear to help preserve them, since teeth do start to crumble after 20 years). :-) Three Cheers for Sweet Subtle Revenge! :-D
