Interval training, hell yeah. It is fairly sucky. But since I'm all "can I has a half marathon time of 2:0x or less" I figured I have to train like a grown up now. I may complain about training all I want but it's really nice not running the same 5K loop 3 times a week. One gets sore muscles in interesting places.
