OK, Nc-17 fics that get you all teary? This is a tour de force. Very well done, incredible characterization. Of course Buffy would get in touch with her emotions only through the physical.

Thank you so much for the lovely review, kayt. I enjoy lots of angst and graphic sex. I like it even better when they're combined. If I was able to touch you, then I've accomplished my goal. It's all about healing through pain for me.

Exactly! This is the second in a series I'm working on. The first, which I posted a few days ago on this comm, deals even more heavily with the connection between her body and her emotions. If you're curious, check it out. It also explains some of the references I made in this fic.

This is just amazingly hot. *fans herself* I love the slightly sad notions here and there, perfectly fit into that season.

*hands you a little electric fan* Don't want you to over-heat now! I'm glad you liked it. There is more. I've posted the prequel to this fic on this comm and at my LJ. It's called The Heart of Her. And I do plan on continuing this encounter in another one-shot eventually. When I do get to it, I'll definately post it here.

That story and the humid hotness we have here today don't go very well just now. One might wish for a slightly air-conditioned crypt or something *coughs*

I read the other fic as well *fans more* Kinda like this one better though :D
