Weekend review

After a stressful week of testing and other assorted school duties, I needed to blow off steam. I asked a friend to babysit Abs so I could go out. He ended up keeping her all weekend, which was fabulous.
Friday, I put on a one-sleeved red dress and heels and had drinks. Then I went to Toms. His friends were over, and we had major storm

P.S. Cozy weekends are kind of a "step." I've always been very very hesitant to even stay the night with people often, except now with Brandon, but we've been dating for a year and a half. For me, it's like they have to know that I'm not going to be a live-in girlfriend, at least not immediately, and I'm independent enough to have my own shit to do and not just change my schedule to work with his. Again, it's different now with Brandon, but even my first long-term boyfriend, who I dated for nearly 3 years, didn't spend the night with me or me with him more than once or twice a month (it helped that we didn't go to the same college, though)

I'm pretty certain that's it. It seemed serious, and we're not. Or trying not to be. And probably failing.
