hey lovely. i haven't checked this in sooo long. but i just decided i felt like journaling and remembered that you said to do it here... so i got on to do a bit. i'm so excited i made it into your journal. whatever. dan b allender phd is a counselor. i can't wait to talk to you when you've read most of that book. seriously. life-changing. but i would love to talk to you now too...
ps - i think that the best thing about seeing a counselor is the fact that you're free to talk without judgment... and without fearing the effects of a person who knows you knowing your life. i don't think that counselors ever say any bit of wisdom that you don't already know. you can chat with me. i would love to hear.
