Hey everyone, just thought I'd throw up a post while I'm actually around a computer for a change.  I'm at Fontana Dam in North Carolina, on the southern boundary of the Great Smoky Mountains.  Gone just under 200 miles so far, had a few days of being violently ill (thanks, guy that gave me free sausage), busted my knee (on a mountain called BLOOD
