Ricepire death toll is different so I'm gonna leave off on that. But Arthas will be dissappoint if she doesn't stick Lestat at least once with her sword. LESSONS IMMEDIATELY BECOME SERIOUS.
I like to remember why they died, phantom pain from the injury, etc. Also, if killed by a vampire, I think--and the Barge doctor characters can refute me--that the severe anemia remains unless given transfusions and/or plasma or fluids. Armand usually ends up on an annoying IV drip no matter how he died. What I mean about the anemia is that if the death tolling person were drained, they'd come back to life with enough blood in their veins to live but still be very low and need some medical intervention to get their strength back. Lots of being very tired and generally flat.
<3 I understand about the plot. Armand is still looking forward to his lessons.
Dude, that is awesome advice. And so helpful. I was kinda flailing around trying to figure out how to approach death toll, especially in regard to vampires. This will probably put her down until next week, then. Maybe into it.
Jesse is still totally showing up in the infirmary on Sunday. He can't get Chinese on his own but he'll bring, like, sandwiches. And try to sneak her a beer.

http://bargemods.livejournal.com/881.html On the FAQ's pages, there's a little more about the standard package for the Death Toll, assuming you haven't already seen?
Yeah, I've looked that over. Just wanted to see how most people have personally handled it. :) Gathering thoughts on death tolling for science...or something. Thank you for the link, though!
I hadn't seen it the first time I 'tolled Stildyne. Fortunately Binky knew how it worked and kept me from fucking up.
Re: medication, if you're at all interested:
There's no official game mechanic for that. my personal justification is that narcotics work on phantom 'toll pains because... well, they affect brain function to cause pain relief. And the brain is where the trouble is. Standard anti-inflammatory stuff doesn't help because you don't really have a reason to have that headache/sprained feeling. It's my compromise on the medicines: do they help or not debate.
