Arthas can kill plants by touching them and Chromie breathes out molten glass.

...that said, I don't wanna make this boring :(

I admit I would rather not get Ivy turned into a black smear on the landscape during her very first outing :c

However we def. need to do something with her and that ability of Arthas' at some point in the future. I also have that superpower but I think that's just called 'being very bad at gardening'.

Can I make Hoffman a Hostage pls.

Or bewitch him with chemicals. At one point, he was a batman fanboy. This would be the greatest thing ever.

Does Hoffman have CES access?

No, but he's reeling from the fact that his sister showed up on barge and is derpy enough to spend the night out there accidentally since I had intended for him to ask a warden for access (it's where he goes to THINK AND BROOD LIKE EDWARD CULLEN.) get away from it all.

Having had a think about this, Ivy will work out very quickly that her pheromones aren't as far-reaching or long-lasting as they were, so immediately after she's made her network announcement she will probably release most of her hostages - because there's a possibility they can be pulled out of range and then turn on her. Soooo, yes to hostage-ing, although he might not be around for human shield purposes during takedown. Which is probs for the best :c

Man, I don't want you to get too inundated with hostage-types, but I think Ariadne might be interesting - she will be spending a bit of time in the CES, trying to ~manipulate the environment~ and I think it would be interesting to throw her into this thing.

Can I give you a tentative yes and get back to you? I would def. like her to be involved but lol I did not anticipate having this many hostage volunteers :x

That's totally fine! An army of hostages is probably unnecessary, lol.

To c/p what I said to Ramen: having had a think about this, Ivy will work out very quickly that her pheromones aren't as far-reaching or long-lasting as they were, so after she's made her network announcement she will probably release most of her hostages - because there's a possibility they can be pulled out of range and then turn on her. I can volunteer Narvin for either hostage or takedown if you want him. (Although I have no idea how her pheromones would interact with Time Lord biology, since some drugs effect them more than humans, some less or not at all, and some just differently.)

Narvin is +1 for Team Takedown! I think a possibility here is that if Ivy can grab hold of him for long enough, she might be able to gather some information about his internal chemistry - but won't have time to adapt her toxins to use against him on the spot. Potential ammunition for a later time, though.

Excellent! And I'm definitely good with her getting her hands (vines) on him long enough to be Gallifreyan-adapted later.

Just popping in to say that I'm fine with Narvin getting rather roughed up in the takedown. Especially since, as a Time Lord, he can take a lot of beating. So if you want someone for Ivy to throttle with vines or throw 40 feet in the air or something, Narvin will object strongly because he's a wuss who hates pain, but he can take it.

Not ridiculously overgrown in that sense! Sob she can't do that any more. Just...unnaturally dense. Like 'in normal nature this wouldn't last due to overcompetition for water and nutrients' dense.

Anyway, I....fff really hate to say no to anybody but can I turn you down this time on the understanding there will DEFINITELY be a next time? Ivy vs. tin dog needs to happen.
