Jack personally wouldn't consider himself as someone who deserved to be fought. After all, he had been plenty nice to the guy, right? Even came up with a neat nickname for him. It wasn't his fault he couldn't appreciate Jack's special brand of humor.
But as luck often has it, Jack was headed down the same hallway Testament had been. He was torn between caution and protectiveness. It was his inmate, after all. They hadn't been exactly violently mean to each other-- well, except that one time Testy tried to strangle him but that didn't count-- maybe he'd gained some of his trust.
Testament turned to glare at the source of the voice. His warden. How wonderful.
"I've told you not to call me that."
His words were succinct, almost flat, though they carried with them an undertone of violence. He turned to face Jack, his crow flying into the air and regarding Jack herself with mild distaste. "What do you want?"
