[Drake was eating in the dining hall, when suddenly...there was a hug!]

What's the difference? [He then considered the rest of what Wally was saying.] No, no plans. I was kind of playing my life by ear up until this point.

The difference is that people who are codependent don't know how to do anything but follow. Maybe I should look for a book on it.

So when you get home, what do you imagine will happen? You'll fall in with the next big strong guy and do whatever he says just because you don't know any better?

Probably. [He paused, uncomfortable, then tried to bring the conversation back to a more comfortable topic.] I was trying to help that time, though. And I might just...go back to doing my magic show for a while. Do my nails. Stuff like that.

So how many guys did you throw in the infirmary?

Just a couple. It was just having something like that to do that was exciting. And being able to use my powers. I mean, I used the ones that were actually mine, too, as a distraction.

Careful with those powers. Addiction is a powerful thing.

[flashy_magic]

With Arthas's powers, you mean? Because I can't be addicted to my powers. They're naturally part of who I am. That would be like saying I'm addicted to my legs.

[gingerspeedster]

[ He laughs. ] I know I'm addicted to my legs. But yeah, I was talking about Arthas' powers.

[flashy_magic]

Yeah, I'll try not to. It's just that they're very cool. They've got this whole 'sith lord' thing going on with them, you know?

[gingerspeedster]

[ He chuckles. ] Yeah, I guess so. I felt the same way when I got my powers.
