Edgar had just been attempting to swipe a bottle of medication one of the doctors had set aside for just a moment, having barely even turned their backs when...Martha called him.

He came over, having no idea what was going on, but feeling a bit nervous as he went inside the office despite not having picked up on the anger she'd managed to keep out of her voice. "Yes? What is it?"

Settling back down at her desk, Martha put her hands together on the top of it, and she watched him for a moment before she said quickly. "Shut the door please." There was no intention that she would bust him in few view of everyone else, but she definitely wasn't going to allow him to get away with doing that.

Assuming that Edgar had closed the door, Martha pulled out her journal with the list of supplies that Edgar had been instructed to get. Keeping her tone light and neutral, she asked. "Does this look familiar?" And showed it to him

Shutting the door and sitting down, Edgar looked at the list and felt his heart drop. "Uh...no, I've never seen that in my life," he said, despite looking incredibly guilty.

Martha sighed quickly at that, and she set her journal back onto the table, and then covered her hands over it. "I really wish you hadn't lied to me, Edgar. I really hate it when people lie to me."

She met his eyes quickly. "I'm going to ask you again: does this list look familiar?"
