Tell me if I'm doing it wrong! :3 doctor_j_crane August 28 2010, 11:46:31 UTC
Crane had approached Capa's room slowly, half expecting to run into Capa on the way. It wasn't exactly a face that he could miss. However, as it turned out the hallways were rather free of Capa. It appeared that Hayley had done a good job of getting him out of the general vicinity, unless of course Capa was in the room itself. In that case, Crane wouldn't be able to vouch for his own actions after seeing Capa in person.

He approached the door, and paused before knocking lightly. He didn't expect a great deal from the evening. He wasn't under the impression that Hayley would be the type to yeild to hypnosis. She was too in control, and in Crane's opinion, was unlikely to be easily influenced be it. Still, it would be worth a try.

Hayley's head perked up at the knocking, hoping that it was Rex whom had arrived first. Moving to unlock the door and open it a fraction, it didn't occur to her the many colors of odd it could appear if it had been neither Rex or Crane, if someone looking for Capa had stumbled upon the girl in the midst of her nefarious plot. Luckily, it was Crane. The younger inmate moved the hand hidden behind the door to double-check that her taser was in her pocket before stepping aside to allow the "doctor" room to enter ( ... )

Sorry for the shitty tag. Busy day, no sleep, bad brain. stopthat_destro August 29 2010, 02:48:26 UTC
Rex arrived at the door only moments after Crane-- although he didn't know that-- and then gave it a knock. The entire situation was off-putting to him, and he wasn't entirely sure what to expect, which probably meant that showing up was a bad idea. He didn't even know why, of all people, Hayley would trust him to chaperon a therapy session.

Still, he was curious enough, and he wanted to see Crane in action, so agreeing to her request seemed like the logical move. Of course, since he didn't want to unnecessarily toss aside somebody he was on decent terms with-- given that there were so few these days-- Rex would stay true to his agreement with Hayley and make sure to stop Crane if he did try anything untoward.

Crane half turned around at the sound of the door knocking, but answered Hayley's question before making acknowledging the sound.

"Just to talk. It's really quite harmless." Depending on the patient, of course. Still, he could hardly ask for a more interesting evening. He got to pick at Hayley's brain and have an (apparently surface) examination of Capa's room. She didn't seem to particularly trust him, which Crane didn't find surprising. With his reputation, it would only be indicative of stupidity.

"Are you going to get that?" Crane asked Hayley. It was her party, after all.
