[The Marquis is jogging briskly with Renate in the CES, as he does every morning, following what would look like a familiar path but has been generated along with everything else there. It's taken him some months to get into shape enough to keep up with his dog, but he's barely breaking a sweat.]

9:00 am - Breakfast

[impure_tale]

[The Marquis sits at one of the tables in the dining hall, eating quietly with a book open next to his plate. Renate is at his feet eating from a bowl, as she always is at every meal.]

[The Marquis finishes the bite he is on, then reaches to turn the page.]

My dear girl, are you referring to myself or the dog?

11:00 am - The Library

[impure_tale]

[Out of boredom, the Marquis is browsing for some new plays to read and is coming up with little he hasn't passed before.]

[Now and then, with decades out in front of him to learn about, Facilier likes to troll the library. He's gone through some classics, a lot of the meatier stuff about the civil rights era, and now he's browsing random sections for something a little lighter when he practically bumps into the Marquis.]

Ah, 'scuse me...

11:00 am - The Library

[Thankfully the Marquis isn't one to lose his balance, but the sudden jostle causes him to drop the book he was trying to get off of the top shelf -- a bit of a reach even for one of his height.]

Ah pardon --

[And here's one he hasn't spoken to often, because he doesn't immediately recognize him. Having once worked the library himself he seems to slip immediately into that mindset.]

Browsing?

11:00 am - The Library

[Facilier's seen him before, but he doesn't really know him. Iago's warden, maybe? Just as well he doesn't seem to be recognized, then, what with the Judas debacle. He dips down and helps retrieve the book that dropped.]

More or less, just lookin' for something new. Anything you'd recommend?

12:45 pm - Lunch

[Always among the last to come in for lunch, the Marquis and Renate are there again.]

[Once his early lunch with Judas concluded, Iago returned to the dining room to try and find the book he left sitting on a table. After retrieving it, he spotted Renate and the Marquis and decided that perhaps it would be good to actually be social. He approached and put a hand on Renate's head gently.]

Marquis?

12:45 pm - Lunch

[impure_tale]

[Renate mumbled happily and gave his hand kisses. The Marquis finished the bite he was on, swallowing and dabbing his mouth with a napkin before addressing him. He seems to be in fine spirits, at least.]

Good afternoon, Iago.

[Giving the dog a few happy scratches behind her ears, Iago waited for the Marquis to speak before he sat down, somewhat apprehensively. Renate got most of his visible attention, however.]

We haven't spoken in a while.

2:00 pm - Around the Barge

[The Marquis also wanders when he has little better to do. Feel free to catch him at any point between now and dinner time.]

[The unfortunate thing about having a metal face is that it's kind of hard NOT to get double-takes out of people. The Marquis is a little less obvious about this, of course, so all he gets is a quirked eyebrow.]
