"Hey it's no big." He was having a bit of an issue here. His closest friend on board had turned into a guy. Normally this would be par for the course, but no X-Men to his knowledge had faced a challenge like this. And with Jubilee no less.
Grunting as a guy was a lot more satisfactory. No wonder Logan did it a lot. She put her sketchpad down. "Kurt told me about M-day, the other night." She said softly.
Ugh, she couldn't curl up like she normally did. "Bobby, I know what happened to me." Jubilee took a deep breath. "And what happened to the X-Men." It still creeped her out, but at least he didn't have to be weird about it any more. "But, that's not really what I wanted to talk about."
He visibly cringed at the mention of M-Day. He hadn't remembering the day everything in his life went to hell. He shook his head and sat down near her, him... Jubes. He hoped that whatever had changed her, was fixed soon. This was way too strange.
"Good, because I really don't want to talk about it."
"I don't either." Jubilee admitted. "It's way too weird." She shook her head, then rolled her eyes and shoved the bangs out of her eyes again.
"Just tell me Scott doesn't suck as much in the future? And that Logan actually gives a shit about me again?" Her throat almost closed on the last question. "Because seriously? I wanted to PAF both of them, before I got this gig."
