Pollux was the kind of guy whose face was completely unrecognizable, who could slip through crowds without being noticed. If he didn't have such a famous brother, he could have gone through his life completely forgotten. But...that was not the case. He sat in a chair in the back of the library, a book open in his lap that he was not reading.
When he caught sight of Brian, he almost instantly knew who it was. Ponce was right. But the paranoia in Pollux wouldn't let him stand up. He simply nodded once to him and then turned his eyes down to the book he was reading.
Pollux flinched a bit, but he remembered Paddy's words. He was in control. Or, at least he was supposed to be. Frowning slightly, he looked up to Brian and held up the book so that he could see the cover.
It was nothing fancy- simply a non fiction on a species of snake found in the Amazon. He had not been picky on what exactly he picked out.

"What're you reading?" Brian asked casually, hand coming up to rest on his shoulder.

"It's not exactly entertaining."

"Do you have the shit," he muttered, close to Pollux's ear.
