Jo wasn't even sure why she had gone out, besides wandering around and trying to actually learn the floors of this giant barge. She wasn't meeting anyone, didn't have anywhere to be, but she was out for at least an hour just looking around at things. Oh, the woes of boredom. Even walking around in the snow on deck wasn't as exciting as she thought it would be.

After a while though, due mostly to the cold, she headed back to her room. Her hands were red with numbness, and she was sure her nose was going to fall off, but at least her room wasn't too far now. Jo's keys jingled when she tugged them out of her pocket, the sound echoing in the hallway.

His head crooked slightly at the jangle of metal behind him as the plan molded shape in his mind. Eyes unshifting from the inside of the bathoom, his hand slid down the door and into his pockets as he turned fluidly and locked his eyes on the blonde slut who was shuffling towards him. And he wasn't a well-adjusted man (not in his opinion however).

When she looked up, she was a little startled to see someone else was walking down the hallway opposite her, but she gave him a half-smile and a nod 'hello', just wanting to get into her room and cocoon herself in her blankets.

He nodded back. In the dim light of the hallway a glint flicked off a pendant on around her neck. A superficial yet familiar pinch rocked the back of his retinas as he recognised the anti-possession charm. The cogs ticked away in his mind as her identity as a hunter was added to the mix. A silent eyebrow raise hid his anticipation. He saw this plan as an inevitable nesscessity to escaping this hole of an existance not as enjoyment, but this new light would wrought another level of pleasure to the task at hand ( ... )
