What with all the drama going around subbing comms, I might just be like 'I don't know Japanese, but I tried hard to make this as accurate as possible without anyone's help. I'm only subbing this, because I might know a little bit more Japanese than some people who still wanna watch this show ^^' What do you think?
If you framed it like this and made that disclaimer, I think it might be okay. But I usually really dislike it when subbers make careless mistakes; I've seen quite a few of them in recent popular JE drama releases by "big name" sub groups and it upsets me because it's a clear mistranslation and not a typo mistake. :\ But that's just me.
Yea-I totally get what you mean. It's not exactly appropriate to be telling people what these actors are saying if they're not true ^^ I'm still thinking about it...dunnoz. It's not the end of the world if it doesn't get subbed, I just have free time on my hands :P
Wow, you've totally just renewed my love for Nino. That performance of Niji was not only one of the first performance I saw by him, or even by Arashi, but just in general one of the first JE performances I saw... it'll never stop being completely amazing to me. I love how simple and sweet and heartfelt it is, and all the fans singing along just really moves me ♥ Oh, Nino. I'll never stop loving you~ ♥
And the thing about Ghost Friends is really sweet ♥ You're such a lovely person :)
