Alton Brown did teach me that little trick! Soooo much better than store bought! It is also really easy...if you have a good stand mixer with a whisk attachment!

That all sounds really good. I've just been making a lot of wheat bread, myself. I tried to get some sourdough starter going, but discovered that I keep the house too cold. Maybe I'll try again in spring.

I'm glad I read your entry before I commented. I saw the picture and I thought, "He served a Christmas dinner of cookies and raw tofu chunks? Gross!"
Now I see the error of my ways.
Is them 'shmallows vegetabalian? If so, I desire recipe.
