A quiet night at work. This is my weekend off and I am so excited for the cool weather and lawn mowing! I also plan to retry knitting and maybe hopefully seeing my kiddos

I have not exercised one bit. I also hate it. I keep telling myself I will start but I never do. I just do Weight Watchers. Keeping track of points, portion control, etc. It's easy!
i have actually been doing portion control- not cutting out foods but making healthier choices and it has done nothing. i think that my body requires exercise to actually lose weight.
i researched how many points i should be eating- and have research point values and crap. is there anything else i would actually be getting my joining other than point info? i really dont like the idea of paying 40 bucks a month for point information.
the 40 a month is for meetings/weigh ins/access to the website. all well worth it to me. i would never have succeeded at losing weight if it werent for WW.
