Check out the news forum. I'm not sure how to link to it but you can find it pretty easily. There's been a lot of controversy recently over the company who owns LJ (SixApart/SixUpart?) censoring certain aspects of LJ. It's a lot to go into in one comment, otherwise I would.
it has to do with the post being flagged "Adult Content." There's a way to change your settings so that you'll always see anything that has been flagged as such.
1) whether or not you're logged in at the time 2) whether or not you list your birthday/year of birth in your LJ profile
If you have your year of birth and you're over 18 and you're logged in, you'll never see that message. If you are logged out or don't have a year listed, you'll see it everywhere.
