Well, like I said, the movie was playing on TV. I happened to find it in the middle of the "How can anyone love a pebble in their shoe?" scene and then watched it through to the end. It got me thinking.

Sweet! You know, this movie came in a set I bought along with Moulin Rouge! and William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet and I haven't managed to watch it yet (though I have seen it before, and I love that Leonardo da Vinci is the fairy godmother), even though I've had the movies for quite some time now... Somehow, I feel they should have included Strictly Ballroom instead, but at least Ever After is pretty.

My copy of Ever After came in a box set with Fever Pitch and Never Been Kissed. Wal-Mart must be in love with Drew Barrymore.

Yeah, I caught the last half-hour or so on E!. I didn't notice any differences, but I was only half-attentive and I own the DVD anyway.
