It's basically a trading card game, except on LJ. It's for anime, manga, and video games.

You join it, and the mod gives you starting cards. Then you just trade with other members, do contests, and other stuff to get more cards. So.... kinda like the Pokemon and YGO TCG except you don't do battles and stuff.
