Okay, I know I just had one. But the last several have been so damn busy that I just. Want to fall over. (Several people have very kindly informed me that Jacqueline Carey is giving a panel at the Printer's Row festival this coming weekend, and I want to go, but I think I might just collapse at the pool instead ( Read more... )

I did! (Amazon shipped my mom's copy over the weekend.) The listed pub date was the 14th, but I'm just as happy to have it early. I'll hit up the B&N tomorrow for it.

I basically refuse to carry cash unless I'm going somewhere that requires it (i.e. out to dinner with friends); debit or other plastic makes it easier to splurge, but also easier to track exactly what I'm spending my money on.

You are not lame at all! A Droid is a smartphone model by Motorola with a touch-screen and fold-out keyboard that runs Google's Android operating system. Thus, the name. :)
