I'm pretty much at exactly the same place. I ended up throwing out all my previous work to change which prompt I used... today. Yeah. That seems to have helped a bit, but I'm still flailing.
I'd recommend stepping back a bit and de-stressing before you attempt to add more.
I had something to eat, which seems to have helped my perspective enormously, and finished the scene I was on. I'm now done with 4 of the 8 scenes and have 7000 words. Probably once I get through the next scene it'll all be downhill from there, as they say. I just have to get there. I should remember that when I am cranky and snarly and hate everything, I really should try eating something and see what that does.
D: Remember that it's supposed to be fun! I know we have a lot planned for this story ("we", I say, mwahahahaha), but if it isn't happening, you can always pick a different prompt or start over with an easier idea.
Trust me, I did this last year when I utterly failed at the prompt I *wanted* and had to write in three days but ended up with something I was moderately happy with.
