I told him he had a treat, and he promptly followed me to the shopping bag, twining anxiously round my ankles while I opened the can and meowing his head off. I've always given my cats a once-a-week treat of a tin of canned food split between them. We call it "Stinky Wet Food Night," because...yeah.

Well, I stopped feeding him the wet food because the vet bitches incessantly about his weight (the cat is big enough to stand on his hind feet and hook his front paws on the edge of the kitchen table; of COURSE he's going to weigh more than 8-9 pounds...) but since he seems to be healthy, active, and not a rolling tub of lard, I give up on the vet's "all dry food, all the time! and only 1/3 cup a day!" mantra and feed him wet food every now and again He loves me for it, and that's the important part: pleasing the feline master :)

My vet always told us to feed kitty the WET food, on account of cats overeat the dry food too much and the wet food has better nutrition for them. (Also something about how cats don't drink enough water and are better hydrated if moisture comes in food...) My dad's gf (also a vet) said it didn't matter which you fed them.

Stop confusing me, authority figures. T_T

He totally does. When I picked up the plate this morning to clean it he was all hopeful like "omg moar wet food pls?" and then was sad when he didn't get any XD

thank god the rock band 2 drums are available over there now, we might actually get to see them sometime soon! Steve's original set broke ages ago, and the new game has been out for ages but no new instruments. I'll be interested to see how the new guitar fares, my current one's whammy bar is screwed lol.
Wish I had more time to play though!

My problem was, really, that a) I'm looking for the 360 set; b)I already had 2 guitars and the Rock Band game itself so I didn't want to buy the whole kit and caboodle.

I finally found it though. Now to track down a mic and I'll be totally set!
