I broke 25,000 words today. I AM HALFWAY DONE. Well, with NaNo. I keep getting optimistic that I’ll finish the story around the time I hit 50K. Then I look at my outline and say dear self, what crack are you on? And will you share?

Thanks! I'm 2 full days ahead right now, not that I'm going to finish the story in the next 20,000 words, but I am bound and determined that I really will keep working on it until it is DONE this time. I'm not taking another year-long break.
