Went to Jacqueline Carey's book signing tonight. That was really awesome; the Q&A was fun. She read aloud the first chapter of Naamah's Gift, which sounds like it is very apt to rock my socks hardcore. She signed my copy of Mercy! I am giddy

What is Naamah's gift going to be about? Are the descendants of our heroes running out in Terre d'Ange?

Naamah's Gift is about a daughter of the Maghuinn Dhonn; I speculate that she is part D'Angeline by way of Alais and part Fhalair Ban by way of Conor mac Grainne, but it's several generations in the future. I also speculate that she is part D'angeline in a more direct fashion, but we shall see. Apparently the plan is for it to come out next June.
