So yesterday was fun, roaming around Michigan Avenue. Mom bought me a new suit (eee!) and we got some other stuff. We also had a fabulous dinner at Lawry's. I think your mum probably wants what the rest of us want -- for you to find a job/career that you can be much less stressed in and happier about. Getting an MBA might open job doors that you don't have right now, and I would assume that's why she's making the suggestion - just another opportunity.

If you would rather be a "job" person than a "career" person, there's nothing wrong with that, in the end - and she should understand that. You just need to find a job that doesn't sap your life. <3
