Are you going to write this story for Nano? And will you have time for a writing course and writing 50k words?!

Still, good luck. Learning is always good, and the thing about 'formal' learning, ie, taking a class, is that it's structured so that you can see the progress you're making. AND you get to meet new people! Mixed age-groups are good - so many different perspectives and experiences.

No, this is different than the one I want to write for Nano.

The writing course is not for credit, so I don't actually *have* to write anything for it; I could just show up and absorb concepts and discuss others' work. Of course I'm still going to bring in pieces!

When I'm "on," I can write 10 pages in an hour, so I'm hoping that the combo of class and Nano will kick-start my lazy butt into writing like that some more!

Just remember that at your job, though it might be rare, you help someone deserving out and make their day brighter and easier... Just wanted to give you an optimistic thought. =P

Thirteen episodes are being downloaded off of my tivo and will eventually take a spin on my dvd burner. They will be on their way before November unless life gets in the way like it useually does.
