1. I had a cool idea for an opening sentence to an (original) story the other day. I'm currently trying to beat it into shape for an open anthology call. I like where it's heading so far, although I definitely still have some "??? profit!!!" in my outline. We'll see. I did get a solid 500 words out of it yesterday

I LOVE Let's Plays. I can either relive games I can no longer play because we don't have the console - FF8 - or experience games I'll never play - Bioshock. Hooray for YouTube!

You have a PS3, though, don't you? You can get FF8 as a digital download for it. I'm just saying.

A lot of the time I can make big sad eyes at the husband to play something for which I want to experience the plot but am shit at the gameplay (Darksiders, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect), but we both just noped out of Vagrant Story.
