But I have been drinking more water and drinking less pop.

I stopped drinking soda and I lost like 5 lbs in a week! Good luck! You go!

I doubt I'll stop completely, but I was drinking way to much before. For about a week I've only had a glass a day, which is pretty awesome considering my track record,, lol. Thanks!

Also, I totally stole your icon! I saw it and I loved it =]

Yay! *hugs*

On an average day I'll drink one whole 2-liter of pop and a small glass of water *headdesk* I need to reverse that, but it'll take a while to wean myself off without a massive caffeine withdrawal crash.

I used to go through 2 two liters a week, plus pop I'd get while I was out at a restaurant or anywhere they sell the bottles. It's been easier than I thought, but it's still difficult.

Come to think of it, cutting down that much may be why I've been having more headaches lately.
