Spring Break... such a wonderful feeling. I get to laze about the house doing nothing, ignore the stress of the spring semester and my worrying Chemistry grade, walk the dog, and remind my cat that yes, I still do exist, and no, leaving all week does not mean that you can wake me up at four-thirty in the morning like you always do over the summer ( Read more... )

spriiiiiing brrrrrreak!, vacation, why oh why, slice of life, yes yes yes!

I'm glad you had fun, spring break ends today for me, going back to high-school tomorrow and a history quiz over two chapters on the Cold War and it's ramifications in Russia and China.

Glad you eventually got to go snorkeling, even if you traumatized a hermit crab, their fun little guys though, and that you didn't burn. I don't burn, just tan, so I can't really feel your pain, granted I never go out not wearing jeans, so the only dark tan I have is on my arms, neck and face.

Anyways, good luck on catching up on sleep. I was unsuccessful in my attempt...

My family knows that if they wake me up before eight, heads will roll; and even that's pushing it. I'm a very grumpy person in the mornings.

And that quiz sounds terrible, but I know the feeling; I have a Chemistry quiz the Monday I get back, and a test the following Wednesday for the same class. I'm not to thrilled about it, but at least this chapter is somewhat easier than the last....

sounds like you had a great time, if a little stressful, but family breaks and stress kinda go together I suppose

and I'm sure you'll have fun catching up on reading now you're back too :)

My mother always jokes that we can't spell fun without dysfunctional. Something ALWAYS goes wrong on our vacations, but we've learned to adapt.

And yes, I'm having a grand time catching up on my reading, and discovering new stories. I know I'm going to be having withdrawal symptoms when school starts up again.
