I don't think I could manage two months without internet, though it does sound like it worked out well for you and your family.

After a certain transition period, it worked wonderfully :)
But you need a strong will to do that. And I really wanted to do it.
I try to uphold it. Not for several months, but at least for a few days. And surprisingly, it works. :D
