A Man a Wealth and Taste, a Speirs fanmix

This fanmix is mostly borne out of my own theories about Speirs as a character. We clearly see in the mini-series that he knew the rumors and stories floating around about him and saw no need to tell the "truth" or put them to rest, but for all the cold-blooded badass-ness we get glimpses of other parts of Speirs. His concern over Grant, his constant touching of Lipton during the taking of the field in The Breaking Point, his questioning of "We're not changing the plan at all?" to Winters in The Last Patrol. Even his concern for the men of Easy Company in the woods when they are not even "his" yet shows that, at the end of it all, he was an officer who cared about his men. If he had to project an image of a killer to save their lives, then so be it, but as a character, he's so much more than just a badass. Not that he'd let anyone know that, of course, well, with the obvious exception of one C. Carwood Lipton.
