Oh, darlin... *hugs* I know your pain, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm so sorry Mitzi is gone. Nothing I can say can make you feel better, but it's clear Mitzi had a wonderful life with such a loving "mom," and I know that she'll be yapping with my baby kitty Calliope up in pet heaven. It's been a bad few months recently for folks losing their furbabies unexpectedly. :( My thoughts are with you.
