I would LOVE some Mercédès fic, especially something set during Edmond's imprisonment showing just how she came to the decision she made to marry Fernand. Edmond/Mercédès was probably my first OTP and I absolutely love them, but part of my love is for the tragedy (yes, I am terrible that way). Fic with her and Albert would also be great.

FLAILING WILDLY HERE. Though I personally want all the E/M fix-its in the world, but the tragedy is wonderful too, omg. This is a good request and you should feel good!

Oh, I want all the fix-it fic in the world, but I just hate the way so many of the film versions shoehorn in a happy ending. I'm still not finished with the post, so I'm planning to add something about that.

(DYA letter has been revised accordingly. It's true. Fix-it fic would fill me with sparkly hearts. ;) )

Huh, did Friar Laurence get nominated? I can't find him in the nominated character list.

He didn't, but I nominated Juliet and several other characters as a workaround. I should probably put in an alternate request in case someone doesn't feel like writing about him.
