Not gonna call this a 'comeback' until they haven't announced any more lives in other venues. For now it just seems like they wanna perform at Kokuritsu for its prestige (which is understandable) and for now I still totally expect that after that live (or after whatever many more lives at Kokuritsu) they might as well stop their activity again for another 2 years until their 25th.

Honestly, I'm just happy that they're continuing to perform together. Be it at Kokuritsu or otherwise, after the last hiatus, it's nice to have L'Arc news popping up again!
But I am interested in what this means for their future plans... I too will be eagerly waiting!

Yay for another L'Arc live! ^_^
I thought they wouldn't appear at Kokuritsu again after their last 2 days concert but apparently they got the honor to perform at the very final concert in the venue :)
Well, I personally happy for this news though I don't expect anything special from this one because there are some other bands performing as well. Anyway, let's wait for what's coming next! ^^
