Unfortunately, it's a very shitty system: the tickets are only digital, and therefore you need a Japanese cell-phone that can go on the Internet to get a ticket.
Your only other option is, if you know someone with such a phone, and if s/he buys two tickets at once for him/her and you... Or if s/he's willing to lend you him/her phone.

I live in Tokyo and I am a Cieler, yet I can't go because I only have a prepaid phone. I actually yelled on LE CIEL because that is just the most fucking stupid ticket system I have ever seen in my life.... They haven't replied yet >(
I'm considering canceling my membership now, I'm quite serious... urgh >_

(I should point out that the tickets are CELLPHONE DIGITAL. As in, really, no, you can't get them on your computer, there is a scan machine that reads a QR code at the museum, on your cellphone. they specifically explain in their rules that there are NO paper tickets of any kind and it's the only way...)

Ughh well that's really stupid! It sounds like it makes it difficult for anyone who doesnt have a phone to access the site, to get a ticket. Unfortunately that's the only day I could have gone since that's my only chance to get to Yokosuka.
That's ashame since I hadn't had a chance to attend any of the WT lives and this was going to be my chance to go to a L'arc event.
Thanks for your help though. If you hear of any changes or get a reply from Le Ciel that's any different, if you could let me know that would be muchly appreciated.

I bought it by borrowing my friend's cellphone E-Mail address.
I wonder that if I show just QRcode that I downloaded from website...will it work?
Or do I have to borrow my friend's cellphone?
Absolutely agree with you guys...I don't like the ticket system like this. It's too much troublesome!
Not only japanese people who wanna join this special event, non japanese people wanna join it as well.

ok, the L'Arc FB page just posted an article about special tickets... http://www.j-cast.com/mono/2012/06/06134424.html

it's about a ticket set (entrance to the exhibition and train/bus ticket from shinagawa station to the museum)

They are selling the special tickets starting tomorrow, 7 o'clock at Shinagawa Station (Tokyo).
The ticket set costs 4500yen and you can only buy two sets per person. Also ... they are only selling 1000 sets.

The ticket set is called 記念乗車券 - kinen joushaken

.... tomorrow? o____O''

as for my case,
the problem is with the credit card

why there're no way to pay other than credit card?!
I really hate this.

I am staying in japan, but I can't go to the exhibition only because I don't have a credit card!
