Apparently this is the announcement from Tokyo's World Tour final live, it was updated on natalie just a moment ago:

So gonna try and make everyone here in Germany get their asses up to vote, it's time for L'Arc to come here as well! :))

AND I'M SO HAPPY I CAN'T EVEN PUT IT INTO WORDS! L'Arc ARE BACK FASTER THAN EXPECTED <333 I dunno, to me it doesn't sound like "in 3 years" or so, it sounds like it's gonna be pretty soon actually... I kinda imagine it'll be in 2013, or at LATEST 2014 spring. But actually next year already? Since there's nothing more planned this year (except for some releases), they have tons of time to plan :)

It would be wise if we, those who vote for a place in Germany, choose the same place. So that there won't be 500 different cities or more. I think one of the followings would be good for a concert: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Köln or Bochum. What do you think about those?^^

I actually think they won't make us just "write a comment" that says "I want a concert in Buxtehude" - I actually think they will have a list and you can click on your country (.e.g. Germany) and then it gives you a few possibilities, like Berlin, Cologne, Munich, and you can tick the one you want them to come to. That's a bit more "tidy" so to speak. I think we should all take the same city though, and since L'Arc themselves had once considered Cologne, I'd go for that.

I actually plan on sending round-mails on Animexx and RPG-Land (if you know that) once the voting has started, so everyone who even just "likes" L'Arc can vote there. I hope we'll somehow make it happen >___<...

Yeah, I hope too that we can manage it somehow. (Would be nice to hear the band members holding a MC in german.)
I think Animexx is always a good way to reach the people. In addition to that (I personally dislike the following page) most of the german fans can be found on Facebook. So I will try to inform them there too.

OH GOSH I'll vote in Brazil until my fingers bleed and I'll tell all my friends even those who don't know L'Arc to vote and they'll definitely come to Brazil this time,I know they will :,D
