And poor kitty! A bowel obstruction isn't fun for people (the maternal unit had one once), I can just imagine how it is when you can't whinge and bitch about how much it hurts and oh my god someone please kill me...

Thanks so much hon. The vet said everything went well on the surgery. I'll see Ruffles tomorrow. His liver ain't all that great though but they are running a few more tests. I'm hoping to bringing him home on the weekend. I don't like the idea of him spending so many days in the hospital...it's depressing.

We recently adopted a third cat. He was hanging around and my son was all, "He's so skinny, Mom, and I bet he's a nice cat..."

My other cat, Rebecca is missing her 'brother'. She searched the house the first night he slept on the hospital and she's been a tad down since then.
