I finished my lovely angst story. Can I just tell you, I had no idea where this was going! I just held on and wrote whatever happened. It was a glorious discovery! This puts me at 17659 words for the month! I'm almost caught up!
Title: Through the Good and Through the Bad
Fandom: Avengers (movie!'verse)
Characters: Clint/Natasha, Bruce, Steve, mention of Tony and Maria
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 4416
Prompts: The fear intrinsic in a non-superhero playing with the superheroes and injuring his shoulder/arm/hand. Including the horrors of PT if possible. Hurt/comfort, but whether or not there is a return to the team is author's choice.
AND
Neither of them are fond of hospitals/infirmaries and neither of them like being treated like an invalid, so when one of them gets injured on a mission the other checks them out as soon as it's feasible and takes care of them in the matter-of-fact, non-condescending way that they both prefer. Then there's a time when they both get injured. They follow the plan as usual - the trials and tribulations of looking after each other when they're both injured.
Summary: It only takes one minute to send them both flat on their backs. Clint and Natasha struggle to set each other back up as they sustain serious damages that could affect their future with the Avengers.
Author’s Note: The rune interpretation is taken from Wiki with a little bit of my own plot need thrown in. Please don’t take this an indication that I know what I’m talking about! Also, I have no medical knowledge or any understanding of nano technology, nor will I ever. This is a work of fiction.
