I definitely see where you're coming from and some of the things did bother me too. The tattoo scene felt gross. I hated that she went from using her smarts to showing her ass. And the line about needing to get a life was a bit much. It made me saw ow.
Denny's was still one of the best nights of my life. Did I tell you they tore the restaurant down? MY GOD, that killed me. I'm not sure why they had to be that drastic. It closed last year.
