OMG, I felt the EXACT SAME WAY. The beginning was rough for me and I thought, "Oh no, please don't disappoint me again". And then it grabbed me and I felt emotions for the characters I haven't felt in months. What was it about this ep that did it to both of us? I can't put my finger on it. *hugs show*

I went from looking at the screen thinking, "I'm not seeing Sam, I'm seeing Jared PLAYING Sam," to DEAN WOULD RATHER HAVE THE WORLD DIE THAN RISK SAM!!!!!
Also, Pestilence was good, and Death kicked ass. He's how I imagined they should do the angels - less malevolent, more "you are totally insignificant and beneath my notice." "I'm so far out of your league that your league could explode and I wouldn't hear it for weeks."
