I just want to share an amazing podcast with everyone. NPR has a podcast called "This I Believe"

They are little 5-10 minute essays of Americans from all walks of life describing their core personal beliefs. Most make me want to cry in hope. Definitely worth the download.

My boss and I just had a rather long conversation about stress and our fears of conflict (we both went to a conflict management meeting) and we came to a rather interesting conclusion...

We both wish we were Amish.
